Perinatal / Labor & Delivery RN

Requirements
- CA RN license
- 2 years of experience required (minimum 1 year accepted for some processes)
- Travel experience required
- AWHONN Advanced OR NCC EFM acceptable
- ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA), NRP, FHM certifications required
- Epic charting experience required
- OR experience for C-sections

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in labor and delivery, antepartum, and postpartum settings.
- Monitor fetal heart rates and respond to abnormal findings.
- Assist with vaginal deliveries and perform role in C-sections as scrub/circulate nurse.
- Provide support for high-risk pregnancies throughout the labor and delivery process.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety.
- Provide postpartum couplet care when needed.

Compliance / Notes
- Background checks and references required.
- Must be willing to float between facilities in state.
- Holiday commitment: must be willing to work 3 of 5 listed holidays.
