Registered Nurse (RN) - L&D

Perinatal / Labor & Delivery RN

Schedule - Weekends: Every other weekend required

Assignment Details - Deliveries: Approximately 200-300 per month

Requirements - License: CA RN license - Years of experience: 2 years required - Certifications: AWHONN Advanced OR NCC EFM acceptable; ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA), NRP, FHM - EMR: Epic - Unit-specific skills: Fetal heart monitoring, assist with vaginal delivery support, circulate/scrub for C-sections, high-risk antepartum and labor management, sterile vaginal exams

Roles & Responsibilities - Provide comprehensive nursing care to perinatal patients including antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and triage. - Perform fetal monitoring and manage high-risk pregnancies. - Assist in vaginal deliveries and support in the operating room during C-sections. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. - Maintain high standards of patient privacy and confidentiality.

Compliance / Notes - Background/reference checks: 2 references required - Must be willing to work 3 of 5 listed holidays
