Description: 4 antepartum rooms, 9 labor / high risk, 3 triage. No on call required, will float to postpartum if needed. Fetal Heart monitoring, High Risk Pregnancy monitoring, C-Sections, Vag delivereis, 2. PP only if not enough Perinatal RNs. Can do PP couplet care (newborn and maternal), newborn role in delivery (many can), bonus if can do more.

Pending License accepted: No. RTO Restrictions: RTO must be included at time of submission. Guaranteed Hours: facility is able to call off once per two week pay period.

Special Requirements: Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Xmas Eve, Xmas Day, NYE, NYD). # of jobs in system we can sub: can only sub to one Providence facility at a time. Requires specific amount of exp.: minimum 1 year required. Valid State License: CA license must be in hand; does not apply to some allied positions. If required for the assignment, Client agrees to supply Providers with communication devices (i.e. cell phone, pager, etc.) needed to perform the duties as assigned at no cost to Provider or Agency. If Client does not provide a mobile phone required for the assignment, Client agrees to pay Agency monthly, for all work-related cell phone use by each Provider, up to a maximum amount of $50.00 as invoiced by Agency. Providers will be responsible for submitting monthly cell phone bill directly to Agency. Modules: Modules are non-billable, average 16 hours spent. Over 20 hours requires PM approval. Modules are completed pre-start, and annually. Time spent on modules is self-reported, completion is recorded in Workramp transcripts.
