Position Type: Volunteer Leadership Role

Location: Remote (DMV region preferred)

\n

Commitment: 15-20 hours per month

\n

Term: 1 year, renewable

\n

We are seeking a Director of Community Partnerships to help build relationships with nonprofits, schools, workforce programs, and other community-serving organizations while expanding the pipeline of real-world projects that power our workforce-development model.

Ideal Experience

Experience in one or more of the following areas:

Technology experience is helpful, but not required.

Leadership Expectations

  • Commitment of approximately 15-20 hours per month

  • Attend monthly leadership meetings
    • \n
  • Support community partnership development
    • \n
  • Make introductions within community networks
    • \n
  • Serve as an ambassador for TechStep's mission
    • \n
