Healthcare Transactional Attorney

Overview Our client, an AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a health care transactional associate to join the national health care practice of their Nashville, St. Louis, Denver, Los Angeles, Chicago, or Dallas office. This role is focused on supporting health care clients with their regulatory and compliance needs in the context of various health care transactions. Candidates should have excellent academic credentials, experience in a law firm or similar environment and superior writing, communication, and problem-solving skills. Qualifications Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience supporting health care transactions. Detailed knowledge of the industry and regulatory landscape is required, with current knowledge of changing impacts to the health care business. Additional experience in home health, hospice and home care, behavioral health, physician practice management, and/or hospitals and health systems is a plus. JD and active bar admission required. Compensation Salary: $240k – $420k, plus competitive benefits and bonus.
