Miller & Martin Expands Chattanooga Office With 2 Commercial Real Estate Attorneys Overview: Miller & Martin PLLC announces the addition of two attorneys, Kane Shepherd and Will Sikes, to its Chattanooga office. Kane Shepherd serves as of counsel within Miller & Martin’s commercial group, concentrating his practice on real estate transactions. He collaborates with sellers and real estate developers on residential and commercial projects, including planning, negotiating and documenting transactions such as startup initiatives, restructurings, financing, purchase and sale agreements, and office and industrial leases. He has experience handling commercial loan transactions for regional and local banking institutions and representing borrowers. He is licensed to practice in Tennessee.
