Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Location: Midland, TX Compensation and Bonus Structure Total Compensation Package from $92,500 to $127,000 annually. Opportunity to earn MORE based on center size, mentorship of RBT’s and supervision of assigned trainees. Your total compensation consists of a competitive base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long-term ownership in the company. BCBA’s become eligible for long-term ownership upon promotion to the Sr. BCBA role. All other roles eligible. Bonus Structure Monthly Performance Bonuses: Bonuses are uncapped. Sign On Bonus: Up to $10,000. Mentorship Bonuses: Earn bonus pay for supervising RBT pursuing their Master’s in ABA. Certification Bonuses: Get rewarded for each therapist who becomes certified under your supervision. Relocation Packages: Available to ease transition expenses. 401(k) with Company Match. Education and Support Continuing Education: Minimum of 10+ free CEUs per year; extra funds for additional training and 2 paid days off for CEU events.
