Job Description
Title: RN - LDR

Schedule:
- Days
- 06:45 - 19:15

Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: Not specified

Requirements:
- RN license
- AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, & NRP certifications
- Must have completed a fetal monitoring class (intermediate or advanced) within the past 24 months
- 2 years of LDR experience required; 3+ years preferred
- Experience in a rural hospital preferred
- EPIC experience highly preferred
- Must be committed to obtaining PALS certification prior to start

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in labor and delivery
- Monitor fetal heart rates and assess maternal vital signs
- Assist with deliveries and postpartum care
- Float to medical-surgical units as needed for patient overflow
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to plan and implement patient care

Compliance / Notes:
- Orientation will be held virtually
- Nicotine-free facility
- Bi-weekly pay
- Client may cancel 2 shifts per month at no cost
- Must be available for required weekend, on-call, and holiday shifts
