We're looking for an Operations Support Specialist who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving problems, and knows how to keep apartment communities running smoothly. This mobile, hands-on role supports onsite teams across an assigned region by providing operational, leasing, administrative, compliance, and financial support wherever it is needed most.

In this role, you will:

• Provide hands-on operational, leasing, and administrative support to apartment communities.
• Assist with staffing gaps, lease-ups, resident relations, rent collection, audits, and special projects.
• Help ensure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing requirements, and operational standards.
• Partner with onsite teams and regional leadership to improve occupancy, retention, and overall community performance.

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 5 years of apartment property management experience
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
• The ability to work independently and support multiple communities as needed
• Weekend availability as business needs require
• A willingness to travel between communities throughout the assigned region
