Summary
We are seeking dependable and hardworking Concrete Laborers to join our team. This is a hands-on position ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, performing physical work, and being part of a fast-paced construction team.
The Concrete Laborer will assist with the setup, pouring, and finishing of concrete foundation walls for residential and commercial projects.
Responsibilities
- Prepare job sites by digging, grading, and setting up concrete forms.
- Assist with building, bracing, and stripping concrete wall forms.
- Support the pouring, leveling, and finishing of concrete.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
- Safely operate basic hand and power tools.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Perform other general labor and construction duties as needed.
Requirements
- Previous construction or concrete experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting 50+ pounds, bending, standing, and working on your feet throughout the day.
- Must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to follow directions.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Must pass a local background check and drug screening.
- Must have steel-toed boots and a high-visibility vest.
- Candidates must be available to start immediately if selected.
