NurseCore is seeking a poised and professional Home Health CNA to provide one‑on‑one care for an adult quadriplegic male patient in a private home in Northwest Las Vegas . Fri 9a-6p & Sat 6p-11p. Schedule Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Saturday: 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM Responsibilities Provide intimate personal care services, including bathing, grooming, dressing/undressing, and oral hygiene Measure, empty, and record urinary drainage bag output Take and document vital signs as needed Assist with transfers and positioning to wheelchair, bed, and vehicle, including use of assistive equipment Assist with passive and active range of motion exercises Light housekeeping and tidying Occasional errands Other duties as assigned Requirements High‑acuity patient experience Physical strength and stamina for transfers and hands‑on care Strong communication skills Reliable, calm under pressure, and able to work effectively in a family home environment Polished professional appearance and nails kept short Credential Requirements More than 1 year of CNA or HHA experience Valid CNA license in the State of Nevada Current driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance High school diploma or equivalent Current hands‑on CPR certification Negative TB test within the past 12 months Successful completion of a background check What We Offer Direct deposit with weekly pay options available 24/7 support from a live team W2 employment with employer-paid taxes and liability coverage Health, Dental, and Life Insurance available after 6 months (30+ hours/week) Pay $20 - $24 per hour #J-18808-Ljbffr NurseCore
