Role Description The Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Lone Tree, CO, responsible for leading all aspects of store operations and performance. This includes driving sales, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation. The Store Manager oversees staffing needs, trains and coaches team members, manages scheduling, and promotes an inclusive and engaging work environment. Daily responsibilities include monitoring key performance metrics, handling inventory and cash management, and implementing retail loss prevention practices. The role also requires effective communication with regional leadership, executing company initiatives, and representing Sunglass Hut’s brand values in every customer interaction. Qualifications Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a focus on creating welcoming, high-quality experiences. Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, to lead teams, support customers, and collaborate with leadership. Experience in Store Management, including supervising staff, managing operations, and driving sales in a retail environment. Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to protect company assets and maintain a secure store environment. Previous retail management or supervisory experience, ideally in fashion, accessories, or specialty retail. Ability to analyze sales reports, set goals, and take initiative to improve store performance. Comfort working in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. High school diploma or equivalent required; post‑secondary education in business, retail management, or related field is a plus.
