Your role as a Store Manager: When it comesto the customer experience it all starts with you. It is up to you to ensure that each customerreceives an unforgettable experience and a custom-fit solution for theirhair and beauty needs. You willensure that your store meets or exceeds sales goals by overseeing allstore operations with an emphasis on maintaining assigned budget,controlling expenses, growing sales, and managing inventory. You willprotect customers, associates, and store assets by ensuring that all stafffollows safety and security rules and procedures, as well as Companypolicies. Requirements: At least 3years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of previoussales management experience. Previousexperience in operational, financial and performance management. Cosmetologylicense is a plus but not required. Must be 18years of age or older. Passion forall things hair and beauty! Legal wants you to know: Must be ableto lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or withoutaccommodation. May be exposedto fumes and odors upon occasion. WorkingConditions/Physical Requirements Theposition requires some physical exertion such as long periods of standing;walking; recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, orsimilar activities; recurring lifting of moderately heavy items such asshipment or record boxes.
