NOW HIRING -Welder/Fabricator | Evansville, IN | $22.44-33.03/hr | Weekly Pay + Benefits Join Koch Finishing Systems as an Entry-Level Welder/Fabricator at our Evansville, IN facility. We're hiring immediately for full-time, day shift positions (Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM). Training provided - a welding certification (AWS, ASME, NCCER, or equivalent) is required to get started. - Starting pay $22.44 - 33.03/hr, based on experience and certification + weekly pay

- Assemble and weld ductwork, doors, tanks, piping, ovens, curtain coaters, and heaters
- Set up and operate saws, drill presses, ironworkers, shears, punches, rollers, and benders
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and fabrication specifications
- Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, or crawl for the duration of the shift
- Ability to wear required PPE (safety glasses, welding helmet/gloves, steel-toe boots) for the full shift
- Ability to work safely around moving equipment, machinery, and welding operations in a manufacturing environment
- Welding certificate from a technical school, community college, or high school CTE program, OR
- AWS, ASME, NCCER, or equivalent welding certification
- Prior MIG/TIG welding or fabrication experience
- Reading a tape measure accurately
- Prior experience in a manufacturing, production, or factory environment
- Dependable, hands-on team players
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Willing to learn and follow directions
