Regional Director OpportunityHand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is looking for a strong, results-focused Regional Director to lead multiple spa locations across the Philadelphia area. Our ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of leadership experience, with a proven track record of driving performance, developing leaders, and delivering strong sales results across multiple locations. This individual is an exceptional communicator, a culture builder, and someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment. We are looking for someone interested in a long-term role with opportunity for professional growth. Multi-unit leadership experience is strongly preferred. Prior spa or membership-based sales experience is a plus. Our goal is to provide our valued members and guests with a world-class experience, and our Regional Directors play a critical role in making that happen.
