Responsibilities Learn our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team. Receive guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful. Engage with the community and build essential relationships. Excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, always putting customers first. Qualifications Must have a Bachelors degree or be within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelors degree. Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past three years. No drug or alcohol related convictions (DWI/DUI) on driving record in the past 5 years. Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience (within the last 5 years) in one of the following areas: Sales—commission sales or sales with set goals and/or bonus potential. Customer service in a sales industry (e.g., retail, restaurant, hospitality). Participation as an athlete on a professional, semi-professional or collegiate team. Leadership role in the military, clubs, or organizations. Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
