Investment Banking Technology Associate / Vice President

Responsibilities Work with regional and international clients on a wide range of complex transactions Manage acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, shareholder relations Deliver high quality advice to clients Collaborate closely with professionals throughout the firm Play an important role in a team that includes senior professionals Requirements 3-6+ years of experience within the investment banking industry as an Associate and/or Vice President with a proven track record working on complex executed deals Experience within the technology industry is strongly preferred, but not a requirement Extraordinarily high level of motivation and commitment to working hard Strong analytical, corporate finance, written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and under tight deadlines Bachelor’s degree required; an MBA and/or CFA designation would be an asset Series licensing or must obtain #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
