Dental Insurance Coordinator

Location: Broomall, PA 19008 | Full-Time Williamsburg Dental is currently looking for an experienced, detail-oriented, and dependable Dental Billing & Insurance Coordinator to join our growing team! Our Billing & Insurance Coordinators play a vital role both at the front desk and behind the scenes, ensuring patients feel welcomed and informed while keeping our administrative operations running smoothly and efficiently. Well-established, patient-centric practice with a reputation for exceptional care in Delaware County Blend of front desk patient interaction and administrative responsibility Supportive, team-oriented culture committed to collaboration and excellence Competitive benefits package Full-Time Benefits Include Medical insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance 401(k) with employer match Paid time off and paid holidays Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome patients warmly in person and by phone; check patients in and out for their appointments Schedule appointments and assist with managing daily patient flow Verify insurance eligibility and benefits for new and returning patients Process and submit insurance claims accurately and in a timely manner Coordinate communication between patients, insurance companies, and internal team members Prepare accurate treatment plan estimates and assist patients in understanding their coverage and financial options Assist in resolving insurance-related issues and claim denials Handle accounts receivable, including processing deposits Maintain and update insurance records and patient documentation accurately Ensure compliance with practice policies and applicable regulatory requirements What We're Looking For Previous experience in dental billing, insurance coordination, or a related front office role strongly preferred Insurance eligibility verification experience required Experience with accounts receivable and deposit processing Strong knowledge of dental insurance terminology and procedures Proficiency with dental practice management software; experience with Dentrix, EagleSoft, or similar systems a plus Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality and professionalism A team-first attitude and genuine commitment to delivering an outstanding patient experience If you are a motivated, detail-driven individual who thrives in a role where no two days are exactly the same, we would love to hear from you! #J-18808-Ljbffr
