Patient Service Coordinator

A company is looking for a Patient Service Coordinator - Transportation Program. Key Responsibilities Process transportation requests, reimbursements, and caregiver benefits in JIVA Coordinate with members to identify providers within a 50-mile radius and issue administrative denials Make calls to members, providers, and transportation vendors while processing authorizations Required Qualifications High School Graduate or Equivalent Previous experience in healthcare is required Preferred experience in health plans, medical, or behavioral health Experience with Jiva or EHR/EMR is preferred Government program or commercial experience is preferred
