Digital Services / Reprographics Assistant

Our client, a prestigious law firm in Dallas, is seeking a Digital Services / Reprographics Assistant to support high-volume document production for attorneys and legal staff. Responsibilities

• Print, copy, and assemble large-volume legal documents
• Scan and OCR documents to create searchable PDFs
• Convert files between various electronic formats
• Prepare trial notebooks, exhibit binders, closing binders, and presentation materials
• Bind documents using spiral, velo, coil, and other binding methods
• Produce CDs, DVDs, and flash drives for client and litigation needs
• Operate and maintain high-volume production printers, copiers, scanners, and finishing equipment
• Ensure all projects are completed accurately and within established deadlines

Qualifications

• Previous experience in digital services, reprographics, print production, records management, copy center operations, or document production
• Experience with high-volume printing, scanning, binding, and document finishing
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
• Professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document production technology
