Mail Production Specialist

High school diploma or equivalent work experience required. 12 years of experience in a direct mail or production mail environment. Basic knowledge of ink-jet systems and inserting/mailing equipment. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Windowsbased systems. Ability to operate and maintain mailing equipment, including making minor repairs and mechanical adjustments. Working knowledge of USPS regulations related to mailing, receiving, and presort discounts.

The Mail Production Specialist is responsible for labeling, printing, inserting, and mailing daily production jobs using both automated machines and manual processes. This role supports high-volume mail operations and ensures accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with postal regulations while representing Insight Global's commitment to operational excellence. The schedule would be MondayFriday, Day Shift: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM; Must be flexible to work overtime and weekends as needed.
