Telemercadeo Representative
The Telemercadeo Representative plays a crucial role in the internal sales operations, making telephone contacts with clients to offer solutions that satisfy both their needs and the organization's objectives.
Essential Functions:
- The Telemercadeo Representative must receive calls from potential clients.
- Offer possible solutions and products in a persuasive manner, highlighting their benefits and ensuring they meet the client's needs.
- The Telemercadeo Representative must maintain up-to-date knowledge of the products and services offered by the company, as well as current promotions and offers.
- Carry out effective negotiation processes, adapting to the client's needs and concerns, with the aim of closing successful sales.
- The Telemercadeo Representative must carry out all sales operations in compliance with the institution's policies, internal procedures, and applicable legislation.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of each client interaction, updating the information in customer management systems.
- The Telemercadeo Representative must effectively address client objections, providing additional information and overcoming possible barriers to the sale.
Requirements:
- The Telemercadeo Representative must have at least a fourth year completed.
- The Telemercadeo Representative must have previous experience in sales, call centers, customer service.
- The Telemercadeo Representative must have availability to work on Saturdays.
