Position Title: Fire Damage Restoration Laborer (Demolition & Cleanup) - TALLAHASSEE, FL
Pay: $18- $20/hr DOE
Schedule: Full-time | May include overtime / emergency response

Position Overview:

K&S Staffing Solutions is seeking reliable General Laborers to support fire damage restoration and construction cleanup projects. This role involves demolition, debris removal, and jobsite preparation in residential and commercial properties affected by fire damage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform demolition of drywall, ceilings, and damaged materials
• Assist with attic work, including removal of fire-damaged insulation and debris
• Support jobsite cleanup and preparation for reconstruction
• Load, remove, and properly dispose of debris and materials
• Follow all safety protocols and PPE requirements
• Work under direction of site supervisor or restoration technician
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

• Experience in construction, demolition, or restoration preferred
• Comfortable working in attics, confined spaces, and dusty environments
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor for extended periods
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass background check and/or drug screen (if required)

Preferred:

• Experience with fire or water damage restoration
• Familiarity with basic tools and demolition equipment
