Bachoco USA is seeking a Hiring Coordinator for our Fort Smith, AR location.

Summary: 

Works as a receptionist by answering multi-line telephone, directing calls to appropriate departments, assisting applicants and employees with problem solving by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Screens applicants.
• Inputs data for each applicant.
• Administers department required tests.
• Sets up interview appointments.
• Records terminated employee checks for employee pickup.
• Updates employee records.
• Orders supplies for Human Resource Office.
• Posts advertisements in local newspapers for available jobs.
• Other Human Resource Duties as requested.
• Assists in the Benefits Department.
• Sends new benefits information to employees.
• Assists employees with new benefits forms.
• Must be bilingual in Spanish
• Other Benefits duties as requested.

Supervisory Responsibilities:  This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications:

Education and/or Experience: 
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills: 
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.  Ability to write simple correspondence.  Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Mathematical Skills: 
Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.  Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.

Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.  Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

Computer Skills: 
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Contact Management systems; Human Resource systems; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
