Our office is located in Fort Smith, AR. Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member. I am a proud graduate of University of Arkansas. Position Overview

Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Customer Service Representative. We seek an energetic professional interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience. Responsibilities

Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.

Compensation

Hourly plus commission/bonus, 401(k) with matching potential, valuable experience, growth potential/opportunity for advancement within my agency. Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Requirements

Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening. Self-motivated. Detail oriented. Proactive in problem solving. Dedicated to customer service. Ability to work in a team environment. Ability to effectively relate to a customer. Bilingual - Spanish preferred. Bilingual - Vietnamese preferred. Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
