ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2015 after coming from a background in healthcare sales, and from the beginning I wanted to create an office that felt supportive, welcoming, and family-oriented. Today, our team of six works closely together, and I truly view my team as an extension of my family.

I graduated from the University of Central Arkansas in 1995 and earned my Master's degree in 1997. My wife and I have been married for 31 years, and we have three sons—two college graduates and one currently a junior in college. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, golfing, hunting, and spending time outdoors. I also stay active in the community through local events and activities, including trap shooting programs.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for John Wood - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
