Occupational Therapist (OTR) – PRN
Ashland, MO
Looking for a flexible PRN opportunity where you can use your clinical skills, build meaningful patient relationships, and have a schedule that works for you?
Concept Rehab is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our team in Ashland, Missouri .
What You'll DoAs an Occupational Therapist, you will help patients improve their independence and ability to participate in everyday activities through individualized, skilled therapy.
Responsibilities include:
- Complete comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Provide skilled therapeutic interventions
- Address functional mobility, ADLs, strength, coordination, cognition, and other occupational performance needs
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
- Educate patients and caregivers on strategies to improve safety and independence
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing, therapy staff, and other members of the care team
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Flexible PRN scheduling
- Therapist-owned and operated organization

- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current Missouri Occupational Therapist license
- NBCOT certification

- Previous rehabilitation experience preferred
