MRI Technologist

We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to provide high-quality imaging services with compassion and professionalism. Responsibilities Include Performing accurate MRI scans by positioning patients and operating imaging equipment effectively. Optimizing images using computer processing and preparing images for diagnoses. Ensuring proper patient identification, documentation, and labeling of images. Maintaining equipment quality control and performing medication reconciliation for IV contrast procedures. Providing patient care and safety by adhering to safety standards, using proper machine settings, and practicing universal precautions. Communicating effectively with patients and team members, and educating patients about procedures. Qualifications Include Graduate of a certified Radiologic Technology or Allied Health Imaging program. ARRT certification in Radiography or MRI required; MRI certification to be obtained within six months if not already certified. Current state licensure in MRI for applicable states. Current BLS/CPR certification for patient care providers. Skills And Qualities Technical proficiency in MRI equipment and image processing. Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and attention to safety and detail. Ability to handle stressful situations and work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
