Qualifications:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Arizona
• Degree from an accredited OT program
• Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team, students, and families
• Commitment to supporting diverse learners

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluate students to identify fine motor, sensory, and functional needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and interventions aligned with IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to integrate strategies into the classroom and at home
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and contribute to IEP meetings
• Offer support and training to educators and caregivers as needed
• Promote an inclusive and supportive educational environment for all students
