Food Service Aide

Concordia at SpiriTrust - Gettysburg (formerly SpiriTrust Lutheran) is looking for a part-time Food Service Aide to join our team! If you enjoy serving, working with people, and being part of a supportive, team-centered environment, this is a great opportunity.

As a Food Service Aide, you will have the responsibility to serve quality food to our residents.

What You'll Do as a Food Service Aide:

Assist with preparation, cooking, and baking
Waiting tables, taking orders and washing dishes
Keeping your work area clean and sanitary at all times

The Food Service Aide job is an entry-level position – (You will be paid while being trained.) Competitive 2026 wages starting at $15.00/hour and going up to $16.05/hour based on experience.

We have part-time and full-time positions available - If you enjoy helping others then this is the perfect job for you!

Food Service Aide Qualifications:

Table service skills
Waitress experience helpful but not required
Team player
Reliable and flexible schedule
ServSafe certification a plus!
