Leadership Lead by example and create a positive, customer‑first culture. Coach, motivate, and support Team Members to achieve daily goals. Delegate tasks and monitor progress throughout the shift. Assist with training and developing new employees. Communicate priorities clearly and keep the team focused on delivering results. Store Operations Support opening and closing procedures. Maintain merchandising, stocking, and presentation standards. Assist with weekly inventory transitions, bin flips, and product organization. Ensure all departments are operating efficiently and meeting company expectations. Monitor store conditions and maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment. Customer Experience Deliver friendly, professional customer service. Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally. Be an active presence on the sales floor by assisting customers and supporting your team. Help create a fun, welcoming shopping experience every day. Safety & Accountability Follow and enforce company policies and safety procedures. Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and respect. Communicate operational concerns and opportunities to store leadership. What We’re Looking For We’re looking for leaders who enjoy working alongside their team and taking ownership of results.
