Job Description Summary Provide general nursing care to patients and families across the health and illness continuum in diverse health care settings while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team. The RN is accountable for the practice of nursing as defined by the Ohio Board of Nursing. Responsibilities and Duties Assessment/Diagnosis – Perform initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessments as applicable (30 %). Outcomes Identification/Planning – Based on nursing diagnoses and collaborative problems, document planned nursing interventions to achieve appropriate outcomes (30 %). Implementation/Evaluation – Evaluate and document response to nursing interventions and achievement of outcomes at determined intervals; revise the plan of care based on evaluative data (20 %). Leadership – Actively participate in process improvement activities to achieve targeted measures of clinical quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance (10 %). Operations – Perform operational tasks as required (10 %). As a High‑Reliability Organization, responsibilities require a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency in performing job duties.
