Accountabilities:

As the Director of Consultant Relations, you will be responsible for developing strategic relationships and driving business growth through the consultant and advisor channel. You will act as a key representative of the organization within the benefits ecosystem, creating partnerships that increase awareness, adoption, and long-term value.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with employee benefits consultants, pharmacy consultants, brokers, and healthcare advisors who influence employer healthcare decisions.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase visibility and adoption through consultant networks and industry partnerships.
• Establish commercial agreements and strategic partnerships with consulting firms and their client networks.
• Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, partner meetings, and networking opportunities.
• Maintain an active presence within employer healthcare and pharmacy benefit communities to identify new opportunities.
• Manage consultant and broker platform profiles to ensure accurate positioning and strong market visibility.
• Identify partnership opportunities, incentive structures, and co-marketing initiatives that support business growth.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create proposals, educational materials, case studies, and resources that support consultant engagement.
• Monitor healthcare industry trends, competitive activity, and evolving client needs to inform business strategies.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a strategic, relationship-focused sales professional with experience building partnerships in healthcare, benefits, or related industries. You should be comfortable engaging senior stakeholders, managing a consultative sales cycle, and independently driving growth opportunities.

• 7+ years of experience in B2B sales, partnerships, business development, or relationship management, preferably within digital health, healthcare services, benefits, or pharmacy benefit management.
• Proven experience selling through or partnering with consultants, brokers, advisors, or other healthcare influencers.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and manage a pipeline independently while driving measurable business outcomes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand complex healthcare solutions and translate value propositions for different audiences.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment.
• Willingness to travel periodically for partner meetings, industry events, and conferences.
