Bilingual Case Manager (Spanish) for Homeless Services
The Salvation Army
The Salvation Army in New York seeks a Case Manager to deliver intensive case management for homeless families in the Shelter. You will assess clients, develop collaborative plans, and support self-sufficiency and housing placement while keeping detailed notes in the client database. You will engage clients to reach employment and housing outcomes, coordinate with social service agencies, and participate in weekly staff meetings and supervision. #J-18808-Ljbffr The Salvation Army
