Non-CDL Delivery 26' Box Truck / Warehouse Associate Location: Baltimore, Maryland Position Summary The primary function of this position is to fulfill customer orders by performing general shipping and receiving tasks, such as loading, unloading, checking, storing material and making deliveries to local customers (Non‑CDL). Essential Functions Properly and safely stock materials in the warehouse and pull inventory for deliveries and customer pickups. Use powered equipment to pull inventory and load and unload trucks for deliveries. Accurately complete inventory counts. Deliver products to local customers (non‑CDL) following DOT guidelines and regulations. Other responsibilities as assigned. Getting Information – Observing, receiving, and obtaining information from relevant sources. Communicating with Supervisors, Peers, or Subordinates – Providing information by telephone, written form, e‑mail, or in person. Establishing and Maintaining Interpersonal Relationships – Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships and maintaining them over time. Requirements: Experience and Education High School Diploma or GED preferred. Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record. Ability to pass drug test and background verifications. Must hold an active DOT Medical Card. Must be at least 18 years of age. Physical Demands Regularly required to sit, use hands, reach with arms, and talk or hear; specific vision abilities include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Extent Flexibility – Ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach with body, arms, and/or legs. Near Vision – Ability to see details at close range (within a few feet). Static Strength – Ability to exert maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull, or carry objects; must lift up to 50 lbs. regularly. Arm‑Hand Steadiness – Ability to keep hand and arm steady while moving or holding in one position. Manual Dexterity – Ability to quickly move hand, arm, or two hands to grasp, manipulate, or assemble objects.
