Recruitment Coordinator

Supporting the Talent Acquisition pipeline, the full-time Recruitment Coordinator will manage applicant tracking, schedule interviews, and facilitate the onboarding process in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) with current job openings and descriptions Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience Facilitate the onboarding process by verifying offer letter details and ensuring all necessary documentation is provided to the onboarding team Required qualifications Prior experience in a related role, preferably in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or Customer Service Familiarity with Google Suite and proficiency in using spreadsheets Highly organized with strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and constantly changing environment Experience or background in HR, Talent Acquisition, or customer service is beneficial but not mandatory
