As a Security Officer Unarmed Site Patrol in Pensacola, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, monitor access points, and support badge and access-control procedures. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while contributing to a caring, reliable team that acts with integrity and embraces innovative solutions.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing and industrial facilities, production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required by site procedures, and report access concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and contacting emergency services when needed.
• Complete accurate reports and daily activity logs, documenting patrols, incidents, observations, and other security-related activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have 2+ years of security-related experience.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
