• Number of Beds - 854
• Number of Staff – 120
• Type of staff:
  • Day Shift – 15-20 RRT's for Adult service lines and 3-4 RRT's for NICU/Peds service lines
  • Night Shift – 12-16 RRT's for Adult service lines and 3-4 RRT's for NICU/Peds service lines
• Patient Ratios – 10 - 25
• Type of equipment – Client R860 Adult vents, Draeger Infant/Peds vents, Newport HT70 transport vent, V60 Non-invasive device, Vapotherm and Comfort Flow high flow oxygen devices.
• EMR - Cerner

Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for:

Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

• North Carolina Respiratory License
• RRT- Registered Respiratory Therapist
• BLS, ACLS, PALS

Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.

• NRP

• All Critical Care units and floors

Dress Code :

• Scrub Color- Medium Gray/Pewter

Unit Guidelines/Policies :  Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines. Weekends and On call(if any)

• Varying weekends (at least 4 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule).
