Job Opportunity: Pediatric ICU Registered Nurse
Our organization is in search of a skilled Pediatric ICU Registered Nurse to provide exceptional bedside care to critically ill children within a dynamic hospital environment. This position involves a range of responsibilities aimed at ensuring the highest level of care for our young patients.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough pediatric assessments to evaluate patient conditions.
- Manage ventilators and complex infusion therapies effectively.
- Administer medications as prescribed and monitor their effects.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
- Educate and support families throughout the treatment process.
- Maintain precise electronic health record (EHR) documentation.
- Adhere to rigorous safety protocols and infection control measures.
- Proven experience in a Pediatric ICU setting.
- Current RN licensure and relevant certifications.
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
