Production Coordinator

Position Overview The Production Coordinator supports the Sr. Manager of Global Production Operations by managing reporting, coordination, and data integrity across production and material planning functions. This role is responsible for supporting production reporting, Global Material Supply (GMS) reporting, and forecast accuracy reconciliation, while ensuring alignment across material, product development, tech design, and costing teams. Additionally, the coordinator plays a key role in supporting traceability and compliance tracking for key brand partners, ensuring data accuracy and audit readiness. This position works cross-functionally with global teams to ensure smooth communication, timely reporting, and operational consistency across the production lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Production & GMS Reporting Support the preparation and maintenance of regular production reports, tracking key milestones, risks, and delivery status. Assist with GMS (Global Material Supply) reporting to ensure visibility of material readiness aligned to production timelines. Consolidate data from multiple systems and teams to provide accurate, up-to-date reporting for leadership review. Identify discrepancies and escalate risks related to production delays, material shortages, or data inconsistencies. Support reporting to leadership to enable strategic decision-making and operational alignment. Track and reconcile forecast data against actual production and material usage. Support analysis of forecast accuracy, highlighting gaps and improvement opportunities. Assist in maintaining documentation and tools used for forecasting and reporting consistency. Cross-Functional Coordination Ensure timelines and deliverables are aligned across functions to support on-time production execution. Follow up on action items and ensure cross-functional dependencies are tracked and resolved. Support alignment between global teams to maintain consistency in processes and reporting standards. Material Tracking & Operational Support Assist in tracking material readiness against factory need dates and production schedules. Support monitoring of material availability and inventory data to identify potential risks or opportunities. Maintain accurate tracking tools for materials, production status, and reporting outputs. Provide updates to the Sr. Manager on material and production status as needed. Traceability & Compliance Support Support traceability requirements for key brand partners, ensuring accurate tracking of materials and production data. Maintain documentation to support compliance with internal standards and external certifications. Assist in data preparation for audits and compliance reviews (e.g., traceability, sustainability, and material sourcing requirements). Track compliance-related deliverables and ensure timely completion across teams. Process Improvement & Systems Support Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, data accuracy, and cross-functional workflows. Support implementation and maintenance of reporting tools, dashboards, and data systems. Assist in standardizing processes and templates for production, GMS, and forecasting reports. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within production operations and supply chain processes. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Production Management, Business, or related field 2–4 years of experience in production coordination, supply chain, or operations Strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel, Power BI or similar tools) Experience working with cross-functional teams in a global environment Familiarity with compliance, traceability, or sustainability reporting (preferred) Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail Data accuracy and analytical thinking Cross-functional communication and coordination Process-driven and detail-oriented mindset #J-18808-Ljbffr
