Job Title: Data Engineer Level 2 Location: Remote What's the Job? Design, build, and maintain scalable, efficient, and reliable data pipelines supporting data ingestion, transformation, and integration from diverse sources. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative data solutions and ensure data quality and security. Leverage technologies such as Kafka, Databricks, and cloud-based platforms to modernize data assets and support real-time streaming data. Implement automated testing frameworks to uphold high standards of data reliability and compliance. Mentor team members on best practices in data principles, patterns, and processes to foster continuous improvement and technical excellence. What's Needed? Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related STEM field. 3+ years of professional experience in data development, working within cross-functional teams on complex projects. Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL technologies, along with experience building and maintaining data pipelines and workflows. Hands-on experience with Python, Pyspark, and Databricks.
