Respond to customer inquiries in Dutch, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Assist in maintaining and updating client records and databases accurately.

Contribute to continuous improvement processes by suggesting enhancements to workflows.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and practices.
Fluency in Dutch is a must; English proficiency is highly desirable.
