Clinical Care & Readiness: - Direct Patient Care:Formulates and executes comprehensive treatment plans for active-duty personnel, dependents, and beneficiaries.Preventative Care:Conducts patient education, lifestyle counseling, and follow-up to optimize outcomes.Consultative Services:Provides inpatient/outpatient consults, on-call support, and peer advisory services.Military Readiness:Performs emergency interventions and assesses service members' fitness for duty/deployment. 2. Governance & Education: - Clinical Governance & QA:Leads Quality Assurance, peer reviews, and systemic clinical improvement initiatives.GME & Residency Faculty:Serves as faculty for the Internal Medicine Residency Program; designs curriculum and supervises/mentors learners.Professional Development:Attends conferences and maintains advanced clinical credentials to represent the MTF.
