This well-established, growing pediatric ENT practice serves children throughout metro Atlanta, with locations in Sandy Springs, Alpharetta, Duluth, and Marietta. Continued patient demand has created an opening for an additional physician.

We're seeking a fellowship-trained pediatric otolaryngologist who values strong surgical volume, professional autonomy, and a collaborative, team-based practice.

Why This Practice?

Established volume, dedicated OR time. Typical schedule: two clinic days, two to three OR days weekly, with blocked OR time. Physicians see 24-26 patients per clinic day, ~8 surgical cases per OR day, and 16-24 ambulatory procedural cases per day.

A stable, experienced team. Three fellowship-trained pediatric ENT physicians (two board-certified in complex pediatric otolaryngology), plus three NPs, two PAs, six audiologists, and one audiology assistant. Residents and medical students rotate through regularly.

Broad scope, room for your interests. Manage tonsil/adenoid disease, otology, hearing evaluations, sinus conditions, and airway assessments, plus complex cases like thyroid malignancies, lymphomas, cochlear implants, and congenital airway disorders. Develop subspecialty interests and help build new programs.

ASC ownership potential. As part of this private, physician-led team, you'll be eligible to join the Children's Ambulatory Surgery Center as a shareholder.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting salary $400,000+ , based on experience

Schedule & Call

4.5-day or 5-day workweek, rotating between two Atlanta-metro locations (1-2 days/week each). Call: one to two days/week, ~one weekend/month, covering practice call and hospital ER/floor consults. Practice call is light; hospital call is moderately busier. Coverage is mostly phone-based, with in-person visits for urgent issues only.

Contract & Partnership

Initial contract runs from start date through the following calendar year-end, renewing annually. Partnership opportunities may be discussed as part of your career path.

Candidate Qualifications

Board-certified or board-eligible in Otolaryngology; fellowship training in Pediatric ENT preferred. Comfortable in a high-volume, collaborative environment; interested in program development; willing to rotate between metro Atlanta locations.
