We're hiring School-Based Physical Therapists (PTs) for multiple campus opportunities. Unlike clinic-based PT focused on rehabilitation, school-based PT is focused on functional accesshelping students move safely and confidently throughout their school day. You'll play a key role in supporting students' ability to:

• Navigate hallways and classrooms
• Sit and participate safely at school
• Access playground and physical activities
• Complete safe transfers and mobility routines
• Reduce physical barriers that impact learning

Responsibilities

As a School-Based PT, you may:

• Evaluate student mobility and functional needs in the school environment
• Provide PT services aligned with IEP goals
• Recommend equipment and accommodations to support access and safety
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and special education teams
• Support safe positioning, transfers, and functional participation
• Document progress and ensure compliance with school-based requirements

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
• (Some experienced candidates may hold a Master's or Bachelor's in PT)
• Passing score on the NPTE
• Active state PT license in the state of practice
• Ability to complete school-based fingerprint/background requirements

State Credential Requirements (Varies by Location)

Applicants must hold the appropriate credentials for the state of assignment

• Arizona (AZ): AZ Board of Physical Therapy. No additional Dept. of Ed. certificate required; must have a valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Texas (TX): TX Board of PT Examiners. No additional Dept. of Ed. certificate must hold a TX state medical license.
