Shift: Day Shift, 5x8-Hour (07:00 - 15:30)

Hours/Week: 40

Employment Type: Per Diem/Contract

Certifications: BCLS, NBSTSA (required)

Experience: Minimum 2 years with Trauma Level I experience, neuro, ortho trauma, and general surgeries

What You'll Do

• Assist in a variety of surgical procedures, including Neuro, Orthopedic Trauma, General, GYN, Plastics, Urology, ENT, and Laparoscopic cases
• Prepare operating rooms and ensure sterile environment
• Support surgeons during trauma, neuro, and specialized surgeries like craniotomies, VP shunts, thrombectomies, and more
• Operate and troubleshoot specialized equipment, including DaVinci XI robotic system
• Maintain strict adherence to safety and infection control protocols
• Collaborate seamlessly with surgeons, nurses, and support staff in a fast-paced environment
• Ensure patient safety and high-quality surgical outcomes

What You Need

• Valid CST certification (NBSTSA)
• BCLS certification
• At least 2 years of OR Tech experience, with trauma Level I experience
• Strong skills in neuro, ortho trauma, neuro spine, craniotomy, VP shunt, thrombectomy, and general surgical procedures
• Experience with specialized equipment such as DaVinci XI

• Experience in trauma, neuro, or orthopedics in a Level I trauma facility
• Knowledge of advanced surgical tools and techniques in ENT, plastics, and gynecology
