MUST HAVES:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) preferred
• 2 – 5 years’ experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks effectively
• Basic understanding of recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, and sourcing techniques
• Experience recruiting for high-volume or entry-level roles preferred
• Familiarity with employment laws and hiring best practices is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Compliance & Eligibility Requirements

- Social Security card
- Proof of residency (birth certificate or U.S. passport)
- Work Authorization:
- U.S. Citizen / Green Card preferred
- Government‐style compliance experience is a nice to have, not required
Day 2 Day:
- 80% – Candidate‐Facing / On‐the‐Floor Work
- Processing candidates in person
- Assisting with paperwork & documentation
- Scanning IDs
- Verifying federal compliance documents
- Guiding candidates through onboarding steps
- Direct communication and troubleshooting
- 20% – Administrative
- Basic data entry
- ATS updates
- Support interview or data needs as necessary
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, including job responsibilities, qualifications, and timelines
• Source candidates using a variety of channels such as internal databases, job boards, schools, and professional networks
• Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications and fit for open roles
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and coordinate next steps in the hiring process
• Support recruiting initiatives such as diversity programs and early career hiring efforts
• Track and maintain recruiting data, ensuring accuracy in applicant tracking systems
• Assist in managing pre-employment processes (e.g., background checks, drug screens, and onboarding documentation)
• Collaborate with HR partners to support hiring needs and ensure a smooth onboarding experience
• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process to provide updates and ensure a positive experience
