Qualifications/Experience:
- Valid OT license in Illinois (or eligible)
- Experience or strong interest in school-based OT settings
- Skilled in supporting students in 9th–12th grade with complex needs
- Effective communication and collaborative abilities
- Adaptability for dynamic educational environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative OT services to a caseload of approximately 18 high school students
- Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and support staff
- Develop, implement, and track individualized treatment plans
- Contribute to IEP meetings and documentation
- Facilitate functional independence and participation in school activities
- Maintain up-to-date, thorough records as required by district and legal standards
