About the Role


We are seeking a customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to provide exceptional service and support to our clients and Financial Representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving inquiries, processing transactions, and delivering a seamless customer experience while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Deliver an outstanding client experience by resolving customer and Financial Representative inquiries efficiently and professionally.
• Take ownership of customer interactions from start to finish, anticipating future needs to minimize repeat calls and unnecessary transfers.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and Financial Representatives by providing knowledgeable and personalized support.
• Educate clients on self-service tools, online resources, and digital capabilities.
• Handle complex customer situations with professionalism and effectively de-escalate concerns.
• Meet or exceed customer service quality, productivity, and efficiency goals.

Problem Solving & Operations

• Research customer issues and identify appropriate solutions using available resources.
• Process customer transactions accurately while maintaining a high level of quality.
• Manage phone responsibilities alongside casework and administrative tasks with strong attention to detail.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information in compliance with company policies and privacy regulations.
• Work independently while collaborating effectively with team members to improve processes and service delivery.

Continuous Improvement

• Embrace organizational changes and adapt to evolving business priorities.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and customer experiences.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute innovative ideas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of customer service, call center, financial services, banking, insurance, or related experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
• Comfortable learning new technology and navigating multiple computer systems.
