We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for an opening with a client in Franklin, Wisconsin (Onsite). This role focuses on delivering a distinctive client experience by resolving inquiries from Financial Representatives and clients, taking ownership of issues, and serving as a trusted advocate. The position involves handling phone and transactional responsibilities while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

• Effectively resolve questions and inquiries from Financial Representatives and clients.
• Take ownership of calls and anticipate future issues to avoid repeat calls and unnecessary transfers.
• Educate clients and Financial Representatives on the client website and self-service capabilities.
• Develop professional relationships with clients to improve brand dedication.
• Handle phone and transactional responsibilities, ensuring the appropriate handling of confidential information.
• Multi-task between phone calls and casework or transactional duties with accuracy.
• Work independently and with a team to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Research and evaluate possible solutions using available resources.
• Demonstrate a willingness to shift work priorities to meet business and customer demand.

Required Qualifications

Proven experience providing accurate and effective customer assistance, along with computer data entry experience.

Technical Skills: Proficiency with computer software packages, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Must possess analytical skills and the ability to perform keyboarding tasks accurately and efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with 1st tier technical support.
• Demonstrated critical thinking abilities.
